  1. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    By participating in this Offer (defined below), you are signifying your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
  2. ELIGIBILITY

    The Hisense Canada Win With Canada Rebate Program (the “Offer”) begins on May 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Offer Period”). Legal residents of Canada who are located within Canada, have attained the age of majority in their respective province or territory, and possess both a valid mailing address and email account are eligible to participate (each such resident a "Participant" or “you”). Employees of Hisense Canada Co.  (the “Sponsor”), Elite Digital Inc. (the “Administrators”), and their affiliated or associated companies (including, without limitation, their respective parent, sister and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, or other party in any way involved in the development or administration of this Offer (collectively, the “Offer Parties”), along with their immediate family members and household members, are excluded from participation in the Offer. In these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” means mother, father, siblings, children and spouse or common-law partner, irrespective of their place of residence. Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial or non-commercial entities cannot participate in the Offer. Offer open to individual consumers only. Commercial purchases or group submissions are not eligible. The following limits apply: a maximum of three (3) Rewards per household during the Offer Period, with a limit of one (1) Reward per Participating Product model / SKU per household.

    If it is discovered by the Sponsor or Administrators (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Sponsor or Administrators) that any person has attempted to use multiple names, multiple identities, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with the Sponsor or Administrator's interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Terms and Conditions, to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Offer, then they may be disqualified from the Offer in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or Administrators. The Sponsor, Administrators, other Offer Parties, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Requests (as defined below), all of which are void.

    If you participate via a mobile device, you may incur standard data charges from your wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such data charges. If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.
  3. THE PROGRAM
    Sponsor is offering eligible Participants who purchase a Participating Product, as indicated in Exhibit A, from Best Buy, Amazon.ca, The Brick, CAS (Canadian Appliance Source), Coast Appliances, Costco, Home Depot, Leons, Rona, TA Appliances, Tanguay, Tepperman’s, TG Appliance, Trail Appliances, Visions Electronics, 2001 Audio Video, Germain Lariviere, JC Perreault, Kent, Appliance Canada, and any other participating retailers designated by the Sponsor in Canada (collectively, the “Participating Retailers”), in-store or online through their Canadian retail locations or Canadian websites during the Offer Period, the opportunity to receive a cashback Reward for each eligible Participating Product claimed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, provided they submit a timely request to participate in this Offer by completing all required steps in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  Online purchases from internet auction sites or purchases of open box items, resold, refurbished or reconditioned models, and/or display units are not eligible under this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, this also excludes purchases from eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace or any other similar 3rd party marketplace. Additionally, this Promotion is not valid on free, giveaway, or other complimentary promotional merchandise, even where such merchandise would otherwise be considered a Qualifying Product.

    For the purposes of this Offer, references to “Canada” or the “Canada Men’s National Team” mean the Canada men’s national soccer team participating in FIFA World Cup 26™.

    For greater certainty, this Offer is a promotional cashback offer available to eligible consumers who complete a qualifying purchase and submit a valid claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Subject to verification, compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and the Maximum Offer Amount, each eligible validated claim will be eligible to receive a base cashback rebate of CAD$150.00 (the “Base Rebate”). Participants are not asked to predict, select, or wager on any match outcome, and any additional cashback amount above the Base Rebate (the “Team Canada Performance Bonus”) is determined solely by reference to the highest performance milestone achieved by the Canada Men’s National Team during the FIFA World Cup 26™ in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    See Section 5 for how to submit a request to participate and how to participate in this Offer.

    The cashback Reward amounts for this Offer are as follows:
     (i) CAD$200.00 total cashback, consisting of the Base Rebate plus a CAD$50.00 Team Canada Performance Bonus, if Canada scores in one or more matches;
     (ii) CAD$400.00 total cashback, consisting of the Base Rebate plus a CAD$250.00 Team Canada Performance Bonus, if Canada wins one or more matches;
    (iii) CAD$600.00 total cashback, consisting of the Base Rebate plus a CAD$450.00 Team Canada Performance Bonus, if Canada advances from the group stage; and
    (iv) CAD$1,000.00 total cashback, consisting of the Base Rebate plus a CAD$850.00 Team Canada Performance Bonus, if Canada wins one or more knockout-stage matches.

    Team Canada Performance Bonus amounts are not cumulative. Each eligible Participant may receive the Base Rebate and, if applicable, only the single highest Team Canada Performance Bonus, so that the total Reward payable per eligible validated claim will be CAD$150.00, CAD$200.00, CAD$400.00, CAD$600.00 or CAD$1,000.00, as applicable.

    The Reward will be delivered to eligible Participants in the form of a Visa® prepaid eRewards card. No other forms of payment or Reward are available.

    Limit of three (3) Rewards per household during the Offer Period. Each Reward must relate to a different Participating Product model / SKU. A Participant may submit more than one claim, including using the same email address, provided that each claim relates to a different Participating Product model / SKU and the household does not exceed the maximum of three (3) Rewards.

    The maximum value of any individual Reward is CAD$1,000.00 (one thousand dollars Canadian). The maximum total amount available to be awarded under this Offer is CAD$500,000.00 (the “Maximum Offer Amount”). The Sponsor will apply the Maximum Offer Amount first toward payment of the Base Rebate for all complete, eligible and validated claims received on or before the Submission End Date. If, in the unlikely event the Maximum Offer Amount is insufficient to pay the full Base Rebate to all such eligible claimants, the Maximum Offer Amount will be distributed on a pro rata basis among such eligible claimants. Any remaining portion of the Maximum Offer Amount will then be applied toward payment of the applicable Team Canada Performance Bonus. If the remaining portion of the Maximum Offer Amount is insufficient to pay the full Team Canada Performance Bonus otherwise applicable to all eligible claimants, the remaining available funds will be distributed on a pro rata basis among such eligible claimants, and the Team Canada Performance Bonus actually paid to each such claimant may be reduced accordingly. Any Participating Product purchased in connection with this Offer must not be returned.  If a Participant returns a Participating Product after submitting a claim or after receiving a Reward, the Reward will be void and the Sponsor reserves the right to require repayment of the full Reward amount.

    Exhibit A identifies the Participating Products eligible for this Offer and the applicable cashback Reward amounts. Purchases of Participating Products from Participating Retailers, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, will be considered eligible for this Offer.

    This Offer will conclude on the Submission End Date. The Offer is subject to the Maximum Offer Amount. Complete, eligible and validated claims received on or before the Submission End Date will be processed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor will first apply the Maximum Offer Amount toward payment of the Base Rebate to all such eligible claimants, and will then apply any remaining funds toward payment of the applicable Team Canada Performance Bonus. If the remaining funds are insufficient to pay the full Team Canada Performance Bonus otherwise applicable to all eligible claimants, the remaining funds will be distributed on a pro rata basis among such eligible claimants, and the Team Canada Performance Bonus actually paid may be reduced accordingly. No rain checks will be provided.
  4. PROGRAM PERIOD AND KEY DATES

    To be eligible to receive a Reward:
    • Eligible Products must be purchased between May 7, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and June 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET during the Offer Period; and
    • Visit https://winwithcanada.ca for requests / submissions (each a “Request” or “Submission”), which must be received on or before 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2026 (the “Submission End Date”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

    You will need the product serial number for the redemption process. Carefully follow the instructions during the redemption process and include all required information. Failure to do so may result in delays.

    Participants may participate in the Offer by completing all of the following steps:
    • Purchase one or more Participating Products from Participating Retailers in Canada (in-store or online through their Canadian websites) during the Offer Period and ensure that you receive and store carefully the applicable sales receipt evidencing such purchase (the “Sales Receipt”). The Sponsor or Administrators reserve the right to request from a Participant the original sales receipt for verification purposes, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, or other eligibility concerns. Participants must ensure that the applicable Sales Receipt identifies the Participating Retailer, date of purchase, item(s) purchased and purchase price. A single Sales Receipt may support more than one claim where it clearly shows multiple Participating Products, provided that no more than one (1) Reward may be claimed per Participating Product model / SKU per household and the household does not exceed the maximum of three (3) Rewards during the Offer Period;
    • Each Participating Product model / SKU may only be used once per household for the purposes of this Offer. Duplicate submissions, including multiple claims for the same Participating Product model / SKU by the same household, will be rejected and may result in disqualification from the Offer. For greater certainty, a single Sales Receipt may support multiple claims where it shows multiple Participating Products, subject to the household limit of three (3) Rewards during the Offer Period.
    • Register to request to participate in the Offer by completing all the required fields, including the eligible product purchased, serial number and required contact information, and all required steps on https://winwithcanada.ca (the “Offer Website”);
    • Take a photograph, scan or save an online receipt as a PDF of the applicable Sales Receipt in their entirety (such documentation collectively, the “Images”, and each, an “Image”) which Image must be clearly visible to the Sponsor or Administrators in its sole judgement; and
    • Submit the Image in an applicable format of png, jpeg, pdf and tif file types (with a maximum file size of 10MB) by using the submission method detailed below (such submission, a “Request”, or a “Submission”):

    Once a Participant registers for the Offer the information supplied cannot be changed, so enter carefully to ensure accuracy of information supplied. Follow all of the on-screen instructions and complete all steps to register for the Offer.

    All Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 30, 2026.
  6. PROCESSING OF ENTRIES

    Processing of a Submission will typically take up to 4 to 6 weeks from the time the Submission is received by or on behalf of the Sponsor. However, processing times may vary and could take longer due to high volumes, additional verification requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Sponsor and Administrators are not responsible for any delays in processing and no additional notifications will be sent regarding extended processing times. Once a Participant’s Submission is processed, such Participant will be notified via email whether such Submission has been successfully validated, subject to final determination of the applicable total Reward amount following confirmation of Team Canada’s tournament performance (proceed to Section 7 and Section 8), or a reason why such Submission could not be processed at such time, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrators in their sole and absolute discretion. It is the responsibility of the Participant to check the applicable email account for such notification including in the inbox, spam or junk folders. A Participant that has a submission that is unable to be validated will be allowed, at the Sponsor or Administrator's sole discretion, to re-upload an alternate Image that will be subject to the same Terms and Conditions as the original Submission while this Offer is still open. The Released Parties do not assume any responsibility and are not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable for any reason, including, but not limited to, as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a participant’s mailbox or telephone to receive email messages, text message or other communications. All Requests become the property of Released Parties and will not be returned. Offer is void where taxed, prohibited, or restricted by law. Receipts obtained through unauthorized means or illegitimate channels (i.e., other than via a purchase of Participating Products) will be void. Receipts that cannot be validated for any reason will be rejected, as determined by the Sponsor or Administrators in their sole discretion. For example only, and not an all-inclusive list, a receipt will be rejected if it: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection measures; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, code or other markings not recognized by the Released Parties; (iv) contains printing or other errors; (v) is illegible, unreadable or blank; (vi) has been previously used; (vii) reflects the use of more than an authorized number of coupons; or (viii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted.
  7. VERIFICATION

    All Requests and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor and Administrators reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Offer; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Submission and/or other information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor or Administrator deems necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor, may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or Administrators. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.), or attempted transmission of a submission or of attempted submission of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Offer computers or Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Offer will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by the Administrators.

    For the purposes of determining the applicable total Reward amount, all FIFA World Cup 26™ match outcomes and Team Canada performance milestones, including whether Canada has scored, won one or more matches, advanced from the group stage, or won one or more knockout-stage matches, will be determined solely by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with the official tournament results.

    For greater certainty, only official matches played by the Canada Men’s National Team as part of FIFA World Cup 26™ will be considered for the purposes of determining the applicable total Reward amount.
  8. DELIVERY OF REWARDS

    Participants who are eligible to receive a Reward (as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) will receive the Reward by email via a Visa® prepaid eRewards card that can be used online only. The full terms of the Visa® prepaid eRewards card can be accessed here and are subject to change: https://bit.ly/438MAse. Participants must follow the indicated steps to activate their Reward as outlined in the notification email. Rewards will only be delivered to the applicable email address the Participant provided when entering or registering for the Offer, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. No responsibility is assumed by the Released Parties for any emails that are returned as undeliverable, or for any Reward after it has been sent to the Participant. For eligible purchases, Rewards are expected to be delivered within approximately 30 days following successful validation of a complete and eligible submission and final determination of the applicable total Reward amount. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on retailer policies, processing time and volume of submissions. Rewards must be redeemed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    To use the Reward, follow the Reward Instructions provided in the communication used to send the Reward, subject in all cases to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer/provider of the Reward (the “Reward Provider Terms”):

    The Released Parties are not responsible for (as applicable) late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, irregular, garbled, corrupted, blocked, inaccessible, delayed, or undelivered Rewards or transmissions (whether sent by or to the Participant), regardless of cause. The Released Parties are not responsible for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any website (or mobile website), Rewards (including Codes, if applicable) or transmissions (whether sent by or to a Participant); and (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of email or text on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website (or mobile website) or any combination thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, Released Parties expressly disclaim any and all liability for Rewards, or other transmissions which are not timely received in an uncorrupted form (or received at all) by Participant due to filtering/privacy settings for email and/or text transmissions or for any other reason.

    All aspects of each Reward, including the applicable cashback Reward amount, will be determined by the Sponsor or Administrators in their sole and absolute discretion, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and subject to the Maximum Offer Amount. Each Reward must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Reward or a component thereof with a Reward of equal or greater retail value. Rewards will only be awarded to the person whose verifiable full name and valid email and/or mailing address appears on the registration form associated with the Submission in question. The Participant is responsible for any damage/loss due to use of a Reward. By participating in the Offer, you agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the Offer or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any Reward.
  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    All Requests become the property of the Sponsor. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Offer are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.

    This Offer is subject to the Maximum Offer Amount. The Sponsor will apply the Maximum Offer Amount first toward payment of the Base Rebate to all complete, eligible and validated claims received on or before the Submission End Date. If, in the unlikely event the Maximum Offer Amount is insufficient to pay the full Base Rebate to all such eligible claimants, the Maximum Offer Amount will be distributed on a pro rata basis among such eligible claimants. Any remaining portion of the Maximum Offer Amount will then be applied toward payment of the applicable Team Canada Performance Bonus. If the remaining portion of the Maximum Offer Amount is insufficient to pay the full Team Canada Performance Bonus otherwise applicable to all eligible claimants, the remaining available funds will be distributed on a pro rata basis among such eligible claimants, and the Team Canada Performance Bonus actually paid to each such claimant may be reduced accordingly.

    If a Participant returns a Participating Product for a refund after submitting a claim or after receiving a Reward, the Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate the Reward and require reimbursement of the full Reward amount.  Proof of purchase retention may be required for validation purposes. Participants found to have engaged in fraudulent returns or abuse of the Offer may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

    ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME.

    The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse participation by any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. In its sole and absolute determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person and to void all such person’s Request(s).

    The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure during the Offer; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever; (iii) the failure of any Submission and/or other information to be received, captured, recorded or otherwise function properly for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Offer; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as eligible to receive a Reward; and/or (vi) any combination of the above.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS OFFER.  

    In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a Submission, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deem the Submission to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. An entrant may be required to provide proof (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Submission in question.

    The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Offer (or to amend any portion of these Terms and Conditions, including the Maximum Offer Amount) in any way, and for any reason, at any time, with or without notice, including in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, any error(s), problem(s), computer virus(es), bug(s), tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure(s) of any kind. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or suspend this Offer, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever.

    By entering this Offer, each Participant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using any personal information submitted for the purpose of administering the Offer and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at: https://www.hisense-canada.com/privacy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

    The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Offer mechanics stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Participant, Submission and/or other information with these Terms and Conditions, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Offer as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason.

    In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials, including, but not limited to, any point of sale, television, print or online advertising, and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Terms and Conditions given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
